Digital Products

All digital crochet patterns are delivered as instant PDF downloads.
Once a digital file has been purchased and accessed, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not possible.

Please make sure to read the product description carefully before purchasing.
If you experience any issues receiving or downloading your files, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Finished Handmade Items

All finished crochet items are handmade and made to order.
For this reason, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted on finished items.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued if:

• A duplicate digital order was placed by mistake, or

• There is a proven technical error on our side.
